About Iron Star

We are on a mission to build a better Flathead.

We show up to work everyday to do our part in making our community a better place to live. We do our best to build great homes. We consistently sharpen our saws and do better as the industry changes and the market fluctuates. We love working with people like you who see the beauty in teamwork, community, giving back, and making life better for our children and our children's children.

Communities are made of people.

And people are made for connection. We believe that when people are connected to their homes and connected to each other in a way that brings out the best in everyone, life gets better.

Meet the Team

  • Kisa Davison

    Principal

Kisa is passionate about building better - homes, teams, and communities. She is the Iron Star Construction founder and architect of “The Big Picture”. In addition to leading the charge for the Iron Star team, Kisa holds a hefty resume of community-building projects and leadership positions in the Flathead Valley. She spends her free time on the golf course, on yoga and jiu jitsu mats, and with hubby Travis, doting on their four incredible children and their perfectly beautiful granddaughter.

  • Frank Revard

    Director of Construction

Housing trends come and go, interest rates rise and fall, and Frank has seen it all. With almost 50 years in the construction industry after four years as a Navy sonar man on the USS Andrew Jackson and the USS Skate, Frank’s gifted artistry, expert skill, and solid experience set the standard for Iron Star homes. Married to his wife Debra for almost 50 years, Frank is the proud dad of four grown children, too many grandchildren, and one perfectly beautiful great-granddaughter.

As a retired Air Force Command and Control Operations Manager in a Red Horse squadron, Scott keeps the budgets, schedules, and the Iron Star team at attention and in tip-top shape. In his free time, Scott enjoys time with his amazing wife Cristy and feeding snacks to the office toddler, Freyja.

  • Gabriella Grover-Mincheff

    Project Administrator & Office Manager

When she’s not collecting bills, cutting checks, and stocking the fridge, Gabriella’s keen eye for design and attention to detail keeps Iron Star homes Pinterest-worthy and at the top of every buyer’s wish list. As the mom to three active, growing children and wife to hubby Kevin, Gabriella considers her “free time” priceless.

  • Saby

Colten is the newest addition to the Iron Star Team. He’s a Montanan, born and raised in Kalispell, and a graduate of the Bridge Academy.
